Some Produce Prices From Last Week
Watermelon: $1.00 to $3.50 Tomatoes: $18.00 to $20.00
Sweet Corn: $ 8.00 to $10.00 Cantaloupe : 2 for $1.00
Sweet Corn: $ 8.00 to $10.00 Cantaloupe : 2 for $1.00
The price of produce on this page does not necessarily mean that is the going price on the entire market. We stop randomly at different vendors and ask the price at that given time. The price in the early hours could be higher, and in the evening hours when they are leaving it could be lower. The prices shown here should however give you an idea of what you could expect to pay. The price you will pay for produce at the Plant City Farm & Flea Market will almost always be lower than the price that is posted at any major produces exchange terminal.

Meet Our Vendor "Miguel Alejandre" Of El Potrillo

EL POTRILLO – Western Wear You Just Can’t Beat
"Miguel Alejandre" takes pride in the western style hats, boots, shirts and jeans he offers customers each week at the Plant City Flea Market. “We have items that appeal to both men and women, young and old,” he said. “Our customers really like the selection we offer and our attractive pricing.”
His biggest sellers are boots, though he does a fair share of other items. Among the boot lines he carries are Los Altos, Rancho Semental and others. “Boots are in the $150 to $500 range,” he said. In addition to traditional western style hats, Alejandre also offers baseball caps in the same style. “If the western style look is what you like, I invite you to visit us and see the range of items we have to offer men, women and children. I’m sure you will like our selection and our pricing.”
