Now for a little shameless self promotion I didn't make it onto the cover of Time Magazine, but I did get on the front page of In The Field Magazine. (Al Berry had to use a wide angle lens to get all of me in the photo.)

Germany.
Vogtland masters of violin and bow making consisted of 15 expert violin

century. The length of the body measured over the arching was
(8.27 ft), the belly stop was (4.4 ft), the neck stop was (2.9 ft) and the rib height was (10 in).

"So Rare" by Jimmy Dorsey Orchestra peaks at #2 "So Rare" is a popular song published in 1937 by composer Jerry Herst and lyricist Jack Sharpe. It became a hit for Jimmy Dorsey in 1957. The version by Carl Ravell and his Orchestra, from a session on 4 June 1937, may be the earliest recording of the song, although it is unclear whether it was the first released version. Before it had ever been recorded or published, Fred Astaire had sung "So Rare" on his radio show The Packard Hour. This was the recollection of Jess Oppenheimer, then a writer for the show, who recommended the song on behalf of his friend Jerry Herst, then an "aspiring songwriter". According to Oppenheimer, this led to "So Rare" being "snapped up by a publisher who heard it on the program". Since 1937 "So Rare" has been recorded by numerous artists, but it notably became a late-career hit in 1957 for Jimmy Dorsey, reaching #2 on Billboard magazine's pop charts. This was one of my favorite songs in 1957, it wasn't Rock & Roll but I really liked this song (CLICK ON THE VIDEO BELOW TO LISTEN) <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <>

Weekly Horoscope: For June 7, 2015 by Georgia Nicols This is for the week of June 7th thru June 13th All Signs: This week, on Tuesday, the only New Moon in Gemini all year will occur. Since the New Moon each month is the perfect time to make resolutions, let's use it! We need all the help we can get, and making resolutions is powerful because everything begins in the mind. First comes the thought; from the thought springs the word; from the word springs the deed; and the deed soon becomes habit. Eventually, habit hardens into character -so we are our thoughts. We can live our lives by "management by crisis"; or we can work with goals and planning. [I write these words but do I live by them? Ha! To me, deadlines are rough guidelines and goals are hopes. If it weren't for the last minute - nothing would get done. I live like I type - fast with lots of mistakes.] CLICK HERE FOR THE WEEKLY HOROSCOPE OF YOUR SIGN <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <> <>
